• Most of the organization works in stringent silos, with their own agenda with the customers and little cross departmental collaboration.
• Much of the organization feels they are enforcing customer experience tactics, yet seem to employ non-customer-centric practices.
• The organization, as a whole, doesn't understand the true meaning of customer experience.
