Project Intent
  • To recover qualified leads while the Ambit brand name still fresh in the mind of prospects, and possibly boost overall rate of enrollment.

Audience
  • Potential customers who have started the online enrollment process, completed so much of the form that an email was provided, yet have failed to submit their enrollment request. 

Challenge
  • Currently, we make no effort to “save” customers who have clearly shown interest in Ambit and for whatever reason, left the enrollment page before finishing.
  • Email not requested until end of survey.
  • Existing email system requires customer number, which is not provided until form submitted .

Solution | Skills Contributed
  • Once email collected, customer information temporarily saved in system (industry compliance rules followed).
  • Wrote and designed email that generated immediately following a trigger action (ex. user closing their browser prior to submission) serving as a reminder and offering a simple path to completion.
  • Upon click engagement, the email redirected customers to their enrollment page and prepopulated any information previously filled out, reducing customer effort.
  • Email distributed from different email system where ad-hoc campaigns don’t require existing customer number, but information accurately transferred and linked to customer account once converted.
