  • To aid customers in a seamless transition from installing dealer to Monitronics customer status.

Audience
  • Customers acquired by Monitronics and providing valid email at time of enrollment/installation. 

Challenge
  • Customers not aware of Monitronics’ existence until after acquisition is complete.
  • Customers discover service and purchase alarm system through installing dealer.
  • First contact from Monitronics can be 30-60 days from dealer install, at which time a customer number and account is established.
  • Customers never start with Monitronics, only monitored post-sale.
